Under Me Sleng Teng is regarded as the beginning of Ragga a sub-genre of Reggae, Under Me Sleng Teng was produced by King Jammy in 1985. The rhythm was created on a Casio MT-40 and was based on the riff from Eddie Cochran's "Somethin' Else".
