Puma Clyde Green and Grey Suede

Perhaps the most attention-grabbing Puma Clyde’s of the recent past came in the form of the Africa and Raps pairs. Now, Puma has toned it down and instead added suede uppers to these pairs of Clyde’s that come in green and grey. Both pairs sport entirely white soles and the Puma brand name is put on the side by the shoe laces in a nice touch of gold. These are both available now from certain Puma retailers.

Michael Lau x Nike SB Stefan Janoski

It seems like everybody’s on tour in Asia this summer, including Hong Kong’s own Michael Lau. Wooden character figurines are at the center of his ‘Gardener Tenth’ Exhibition, each a collaboration with a well-known name in the streetwear game. The most notable addition isn’t a toy, but instead this Nike SB Stefan Janoski. It’s done in a lighter wood grain than his Nike SB Dunk from a couple years back and looks dope with a white sole and laces. Reebok BB4600 Re-Issue Collection

Reebok look towards their archives for a re-release of one of their earlier models, the BB4600. The basketball-esque high tops are previewed in three suede colorways, including green, grey, and royal blue. All three look to release soon through select Reebok outlets.

Vans Authentic LX – Spring 2010

"Straight from the Spring 2010 Vault collection, pictures of two inventive models of the Authentic have made their way onto the web. Class meets classic as the timeless sneaker appears to feature an all leather upper under standard white laces. In both Brown and Violet, the colorways bring a subtle element of formality I’ve never seen from any other leather Vans model. Slated to release in February of next year, I can’t wait to see more pictures."

Nike Air Max 90: Air Burger

Sneaker fans around the world know Stockholm's Sneakersnstuff, which will now serve as the home of Nike sportswear in Sweeden. To celebrate this occasion, the store will house art works interpreting classic Nike shoes and apparel.

Clae 2009 Fall Collection Delivery 1

As a poster-child for small and innovative sneaker brands, Clae gives us the goods for the 2009 fall/winter collection. Their initial foray into the sneaker market brought us the first taste of sneaker meets shoe styling creating a more refined upper with a sneaker outsole. A preview of their 2009 fall/winter collection includes some familiar classics including the Whitman, Kennedy, Rollins, Romare Lo/Hi, Thompson and Russell.

Vans Chukka Low – Fall 2009

Vans is providing quite the line up for this year’s Fall 2009 collection. On top of the handful of CA 46 colorways we mentioned yesterday, come fall they plan on releasing a set of Chukka Lows, kin to the familiar Vans Chukka Boot. Using a relatively simple color pallet, Vans continues to build on their reputation of providing that comfortably classic feel in a variety of different packages. In particular, the navy and white horizontal stripe colorway brings something out of me — and I don’t just mean my wallet.

Nike Sportswear Air Zoom Tiempo – Superted

"Cycling is a family affair for Superted. Riding around London with his dad and brother, Ted entered his first charity ride at nine years old, doing thirty miles on a 20 inch wheel, five gear mountain bike. With the miles and contests came lots of broken bike parts. Ted discovered a curiosity for repairing not only his bike, but others as well, and took a gig as a mechanic at age 16.

Dabbling in skateboarding and BMX, Superted soon started riding a fixed gear bike and adapted his old tricks to his new bike. He hooked up with Fixed Gear London, and loves the camaraderie of so many cyclists coming from so many different backgrounds within the movement. Still in London, Ted has his own workshop for building and repairing frames. He is working on a number of projects including the development of some new parts. He loves everything about bikes and hopes to ride for the rest of his life. Ted’s colorway of the Nike Air Zoom Tiempo with Nike Sportswear will be available in the US in Fall 2009."

Nike Zoom Bruin SB – Military Blue – White – Available Now

Like many of Nike’s primordial basketball shoes, Bruin Low, originally release in the mid-’70s, has reemerged as a casual threat by way of Nike’s SB (Skateboarding) division. Initially, the shoe was primed for an August release, but several skate shops around the nation have reported getting in early shipments of the Nike Zoom Bruin SB Military Blue/White. A white midsole, laces, and Swoosh compliment quality military blue suede uppers. The Nike Zoom Bruin SB Military Blue/White is available now at Flatspot.

Nike Blazer High – Spring 2010 Release

"Nike’s made plans to introduce this red/white Nike Blazer High in Spring 2010. The fashionable reissue features a red patent Swoosh at the midfoot and “NIKE” stitched along the heel. A red netting encompasses the shoe’s upper adding visual depth, while a vulcanized white midsole gives the Blazer that skater casual style we all adore. This red/red/white Nike Blazer High will hit select Swoosh accounts during Spring 2010."

Supra NS Strapped – Zebra

The Supra NS Strapped is a laceless casual that features four straps across the midfoot for a level of customizable fit not possible with a more conventional lacing setup. This particular variation features a zany black/white faux-zebra skin pattern. The Strapped is complimented by a white midsole and vulcanized toecap. Little is known about when or how much the Supra NS Strapped “Zebra” will release for, but we’ll keep you updated as details rise to the surface.

Air Jordan I (1) Black/White/Varsity Maize

The Air Jordan I (1) White/Black/Varsity Maize is the latest variation of Mike’s shoe from ‘85. This black/white/varsity maize version features a white premium leather upper with black leather overlays and a maize yellow fabric Swoosh. How does this more traditional offering compare to the Air Jordan I (1) Metallic Silver/Foil we featured yesterday evening? The Air Jordan I (1) Black/White/Varsity Maize will hit Footlockers nationwide in September.

Nike Air Max 90 – Yellow Crocskin

Crocodile skin is in; even in yellow. Nike has unleashed another crocskin model in the form of the Nike Air Max 90. Here we have a very close look at the sample model, as the shoe uses premium yellow croc material to offset the white midsole and black outsole. This shoe definitely stands out more than your typical Italian crocodile leather dress shoe. Be on the lookout for these babies as they stand in sample form.

In4mation x Vans Chukka Low

Hawaii’s In4mation recently linked with Vans to work on their second collaborative shoe, a new version of the Chukka Low. The shoe features a black canvas upper with varsity red detailing and a vulcanized gum midsole. White laces tie everything together and a houndstooth lining covers the Chukka’s innards. The In4Mation x Vans Chukka Low is set to release in November ‘09.

Palms Hotel x Supra Skytop Exclusive

Supra recently worked with The Palms Hotel in Vegas to produce a new version of the hightop Skytop. The shoe’s ribbed white upper is complimented by premium leather overlays and the “Palms” logo in pink/pea green on the heel. A vulcanized midsole with pea green strip detailing adds durability to this sample shoe. The shoe was made for the hotel’s operations manager, Jon Gray, and will not release at retail.

Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” Retro Release

Originally seen on Michael Jordan’s feet in his 1996 movie Space Jam, the shoe will be dropping as a limited quickstrike release. Release dates are suggested for Friday, November 27th, 2009 with a suggested retail price of $175 USD for the men’s version.
